Bon Accord Piña Colada Powder is a ready-to-use base for a smooth, creamy drink every time. No separate ingredients to prepare. Just blend it with pineapple juice, ice and rum, or leave the rum out for a mocktail.

Ingredients

• 60 g Bon Accord Piña Colada Powder
• 160 ml pineapple juice
• 200 g ice
• 60 ml Lūla Coco rum (optional)
• Pineapple wedge and cherry, to garnish

Method

1. Add the piña colada powder, pineapple juice, ice and rum to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with pineapple and a cherry, and enjoy.

Tip: For a mocktail, skip the rum and add an extra splash of pineapple juice.
