WHAT TIME DO YOU DELIVER?
Our deliveries are made daily between 9am-11am and 1.30pm-3.00pm, Monday - Friday. We are open on Saturday but only deliveries are made to commercial customers . If you would like to know the exact time of your delivery just get in touch with us on the day so we can ask our driver how he’s tracking and where you sit in the list. WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?
Delivery is free for orders over $200WST within Apia. For orders under $200WST there is a delivery fee of $15WST. Please contact us for South Coast and Savaii delivery options.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently deliver on Upolu, Samoa . Savaii deliveries coming soon, watch this space !- Get in touch and we'll see what we can do for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME WHEN MY DELIVERY ARRIVES?
If no one is home when your delivery is made, our driver will send you a text message to confirm that your goodness has arrived. We’ll leave your delivery, with ice packs, in the location you’ve noted in your delivery instructions to ensure its kept safe, however, we can take no responsibility for goods after they have been delivered. If someone else is accepting the delivery for you, be sure to let them know that perishable items are inside. We'll make sure our delivery man passes on this important information too - we'd hate for any of your goodness to go to waste!
WHAT IS THE CUT OFF FOR ORDERING?
Cut-off for same day deliveries is 8am or 12pm. Monday to Friday delivery.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU RECEIVE?
Payments can be made securely with a debit/credit card facility or by cash or cheque on delivery. Payments will be processed the day of delivery. Terms will bemby arrangement.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED!
Oh no! Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can find out what has happened. We’ll sort it out as quickly as we can. You can get us on live chat (see bottom right hand corner), email (email@example.com) or Facebook messenger.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed cancelling is a little tricky! However, we’ll always do our best to help you out so get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering is easy! Go to – firstname.lastname@example.org. In the top right hand corner you’ll see ‘Log in’. If you don’t yet have an account, setting one up is simple. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be able to add your ingredients to your cart.
WHAT ARE SHOPPING LISTS?
Shopping lists make your weekly shop easier than ever! Create a list by clicking on ‘new list’. When you are shopping, you’ll see ‘add to shopping list’ below the ‘add to cart’ button. All of your favourite ingredients will now be stored in one place.

WHY HAVE I RECEIVED SOMETHING THAT'S NOT FROM NEW ZEALAND?
We've teamed up with some of New Zealand’s best growers and manufacturers to find the freshest and the best ingredients available. We've had to team up with a few friends across the ocean to help us out with products that aren't grown commercially in New Zealand or aren't in season. Rest assured, it's all Eat The Kiwi approved and just as delicious.
WHY DO YOUR PRICES KEEP CHANGING?
Eat The Kiwi's products come from the best producers, growers and fishermen and prices do change especially when dealing with fresh produce and seafood that need to be flown in.

We always do our best to ensure everything you receive is correct and fresh but if something isn’t quite right you can email or call. We’ll always to respond to emails within a few hours.
