Bacon dippers

Weekends and bacon go together. Bacon and Vogel's go together. You can see where this is going. Dense, seedy Vogel's wrapped in crispy bacon, ready to dip into a soft-boiled egg.

Ingredients

• Vogel's Original Mixed Grain Toast
• Bacon
• Eggs

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Slice the Vogel's into soldiers (strips).
3. Wrap a strip of bacon around each soldier and place on a lined oven tray.
4. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. While the dippers bake, soft-boil the eggs. Lower room temperature eggs into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
