Our version of a cheesy hash brown. They are made with thin slices of premium Agria potato and enhanced with loads of parmesan cheese and chives.
A luxurious addition to any meal of the day and can take a simple dish to the next level. Use them in a salad with protein of your customers choice - chicken, egg or additional veggies for a Vegetarian and Vegan friendly menu option.
Use them to replace an English muffin for a gluten-free eggs benedict that will have your customers salivating at the sound of it and definitely coming back for more.
Cooking Guidelines: Oven / Deep fry / Pan fry
(cook from frozen)
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place frozen Hash Cakes on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush/spray with a little oil. Bake for 10 minutes then turn and bake for a further 5 minutes.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat deep fryer to 180°C. Deep fry frozen Hash Cakes in small batches for 5 minutes. (Recommended cooking method)
Pan Fry: Pre-heat the pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Hash Cakes into the pan and shallow fry for 8 minutes turning regularly.
