Our Rosti is an incredibly versatile product to use as canapé bases, sides for hot breakfasts (with or without egg), an addition to main-meals, or added into gorgeous salads. Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Vegan Friendly 25g x 70 pieces per bag Cooking Guidelines (cook from frozen) Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Place frozen Rostis on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush/spray with a little oil. Bake for 5 minutes then turn and bake for a further 3 minutes. (Recommended cooking method) Pan Fry: Pre-heat pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Rosti into pan and shallow fry for 5 minutes turning regularly.
