Veggie Rosti (80g) x 30pieces a bag Gluten-free , Dairy-free , Vegan Friendly contains no garlic or onion. Wild Chef Veggie Rosti is made with a medley of root vegetables, including a combination of grated parsnip, carrot, kumara, and NZ Agria potato with a hint of sage. This wholesome rosti tastes like all of your roast vegetables in one flavourful bite. Cooking Guidelines (cook from frozen) Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place frozen Rostis on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush/spray with a little oil. Bake for 10 minutes then turn and bake for a further 5 minutes. (Recommended cooking method) Pan Fry: Pre-heat pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Rostis into pan and shallow fry for 8 minutes turning regularly. Serving Suggestions: Breakfast Veggie Rosti: Top our Rosti with poached eggs and fresh herb salsa verde for an easy gluten-free breakfast idea. Salmon Lunch: Create a lunch main with our Rosti as the base, top with salmon, pickled lemon, broccolini and hollandaise sauce. Roast and Veggie Rosti: Top our Rosti with your roast of the day, smashed peas, jus, and a sprinkle of dukkah.
